(ENGLISH) "God is everywhere"

"If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there Your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. Psalm 139:9-10

If we could actually do what the psalmist suggests and ride the wings of the morning t

o the farthest oceans, we might end up in Fiji. Situated directly east of the north coast os Australi, Fiji is made up of about 300 beautiful islands.

Becouse the International Date Line passes between some of these islands, Fiji is one of the first countryes in the world to welcome each new day.

Most of us wont have the opportunity to visit these islands, but if we did, God would be every bit as present there as He is anywhere else in the world. We can experience the love of God and the comfort of His presence no matter where we are. He is present everywhere.

Let's think about that, and let's live and do whatever we have and want to in this brand new year for the glory of God, and with Him! If we do that, our year is going to be DIVINE fo sure!!!

(PORTUGUESE) "Deus está em todos os lugares!!!"

“Se eu subir com as asas da alvorada e morar na extremidade do mar, mesmo ali a Tua mão direita me guiará e me susterá.”
Salmo 130:9-10

Se nós pudéssemos fazer exatamente o que o salmista está sugerindo nessa passagem, e subir com as asas da alvorada e morar na extremidade do mar, nós provavelmente pararíamos na costa da Austrália, lá nas ilhas Fiji, que é composta por aproximadamente 300 ilhas!
Por causa da sua localidade, Fiji é um dos primeiros países do mundo aonde amanhece primeiro.

A maioria de nós não terá a oportunidade de conhecer as ilhas Fij, mas se tivéssemos essa oportunidade, com certeza Deus estaria em cada pedacinho daquele lugar, assim como Ele está em todos os lugares desse mundo.

Nós podemos experimentar o amor de Deus, e o conforto da sua presença em todos os lugares em que estivermos, porque Ele está presente em todos os lugares.

Vamos nos lembrar disso neste ano novo, e nos sentirmos seguras e confortadas com a certeza de que teremos o Senhor Deus conosco, SEMPRE, em TODOS os lugares aonde estivermos, e com certeza teremos um 2009 DIVINO!
